Fantastic staff that makes the place welcoming and like home for my Uncle. We had a rush placement that was coordinated by Lisa and Jason seamlessly. We love the clean, modern and well maintained facilities. The food and staff are great on the reminiscence floor 3! Amandine and Ellen have been so helpful! James is a kind and loving soul who provides fabulous activities and great personal attention! All the care managers such as Nil and medication dispensers are kind and give dignity to my uncle. We are so happy as we see he is cared for better than at home and he is now happier and healthier than ever! Thank you Sunrise Lonsdale for saving my uncle! We totally recommend this care home as it stand heads above all the rest!

Sunrise at Lonsdale Square has been a truly wonderful home for our mom. She’s thriving in the Reminiscence neighbourhood and genuinely enjoys the wide variety of activities—music, bingo, exercise classes, daily walks, bus outings, and so much more. The supervisor team, Ellen and Amandine, is consistently responsive to anything our family needs. The activities team (Nicole and Deepti) keeps each day engaging and meaningful, and the care managers (Jenny, Jaspreet, Paul, Grace, Diksha, Donna, Kathleen) along with the nursing staff are compassionate, attentive, and deeply dedicated to their work. They treat every resident with kindness and respect, and it shows in every interaction. We’re truly grateful for the exceptional care they provide and the peace of mind it brings to our family.

My mother recently moved onto the Reminiscence floor, and we couldn't feel more at ease. Ellen and the entire team, too numerous to mention by name, plus all the staff at Sunrise have made this transition smooth and easy. Plus she is very well taken care of and thoroughly enjoys all her caregivers. She is completely at home and visiting her is a pleasure as we also feel very welcomed. Highly recommend this facility!
