My family and I toured several retirement homes in the surounding area and we were very impressed with Sunrise Erin Mills. From the moment we arrrived, we were greeted to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels very home-like. The staff were kind, attentive, and caring. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s apparant that a lot of effort goes into creating a positive, supportive environment. There are also many engaging activities and events for the residents to take part in. I would highly recommend Sunrise Erin Mills to anyone looking for exceptional senior care.

I recently did a walk-in tour at Sunrise of Erin Mills while exploring options for a respite stay following my knee surgery. During my visit, I met with Kerry-Ann, who was very professional and welcoming. She took the time to walk me through the community, which I found to be clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, home-like feel. Throughout the tour, both staff and residents were smiling and in good spirits, which created a very positive and comforting atmosphere. Kerry-Ann shared that she has been with the company for 10 years, which truly speaks volumes about the consistency and dedication of the team. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Sunrise of Erin Mills to anyone considering senior living or respite care options.

My sister and I are exploring other Memory Care facilities for our father. I really appreciated the tour Kerry Ann provided us. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Sunrise. Answered all of our questions, and showed us several suites that would be available for Dad. Kerry Ann is very friendly and approachable. I was very impressed with this facility, and the memory care program. I liked that many of the workers had worked at Sunrise for many years. The workers were happy and very friendly and helpful. The food was good. The part that stays with me the most is how Kerry Ann kept referring back to the importance of maintaining the dignity of the resident and meeting them where they are. Sunrise seems very organized and experienced. Kerry Ann helped us to move Erim Mills Sunrise to the top of our list. Thank you.
