Sunrise is an amazing retirement community where the staff and management genuinely care about every resident's happiness and health. They are also very supportive of the family members and have helped us in caring for our parents. We are grateful for finding Sunrise Richmond Hill.

On behalf of my community group members who visited sunrise retirement home . we came to greet and meet the residents and to drop off baked goodies. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness. The residents appeared very happy and well cared for, and the home itself was neat, clean, and inviting. Executive Director Michael was especially kind and gracious, which truly reflected the compassionate and positive environment of the home. Thank you, Sunrise, for giving us the opportunity to share beautiful moments with the elderly and to wish them a happy holiday.

My mother recently stayed at Sunrise Richmond Hill for a period of respite after a hospitalization. We can’t thank the amazing staff enough for their friendly and compassionate care. Special thanks to Martha for her kindness and extra efforts to make my mom feel comfortable and looked after, Magda for always checking in and being so responsive to any concerns, and Michelle and Michael who were so helpful getting everything in place for a smooth transition in and out of Sunrise. This is a wonderful community of people who truly care. Thank you team Sunrise Richmond Hill!
