Welcome to my nightmare. Dump...the only reason this community looks great is because people/ renters CHOOSE to look after it....the landlord is borderline abusive and takes advantage of the elderly people who live here. This is an awful place to live. The landlord is a nightmare and disclosed to me that she has a plan to Always keep damage deposit. No IN inspection provided, the washer was full of black mould. Cupboards were filthy and stove is broken and they won't fix it. Only has FIXED TERM LEASE. Please view my photos of broken stove and mouldy washer that was rejected for repair. Was told to buy a new stove. Had to pay someone to clean washer. This company does not employ a cleaning staff even though they have a high turnovernof Tennant's.

Went to pick up my friend who just moved here and fell it love with the place. It is a very well maintained and clean area. May want to move here after we retire. It would be too much travel for work right now. Very impressed and intrigued for sure. Never knew this place existed but now we do. Will be keeping it a secret in case we want to move here. Currently there is a wait list for places...🙂🙂
