We would like to express our deepest gratitude to each and every member of the amazing staff of 3 West. Every last one of you shows a level of kindness and compassion that we didn't think possible. You took the time to truly talk with our dad, to reassure him, and to let him know when we were visiting so he always felt informed and supported. He was treated with dignity, patience, respect, and genuine warmth at every turn. The care you provided meant more to our family than words can express; you managed both the work and the worry when it was too much to bear. I have done my SPEP from Manor village, it was such a nice experience for me. I could learn lot of things from there and that added into my knowledge. The management includes the DOC and coordinator provided a good environment for my practice, the staffs were also truly helpful. I appreciate the compassionate and organized way of work. Thank you so much.
