Russell Hill Retirement Home is truly the best retirement home you could hope for. The staff genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in everything they do. The environment is always clean, peaceful, and welcoming, which brings so much comfort to both residents and their families. They host games, events, and activities that keep residents active, engaged, and entertained, creating a vibrant and happy community. The level of care provided is exceptional, truly some of the best you can find. The staff consistently go above and beyond, treating everyone with kindness, respect, and compassion. There’s a real sense of family here, not just among the residents, but with the staff as well. If you want your loved ones to experience the very best care and treatment in a place that truly feels like home, Russell Hill is absolutely the place to look.

My Mom came to the Russell HIll straight from the aiport when she came to live in Toronto 7 years ago! She has settled in so well and is thriving at the amazing age of 92! Every single staff member and employee is like gold. The residents are treasured and treated with utmost respect and dignity. Everybody feels like family walking thorugh the doors. The entertainment/ activities especially music are an absolute favourite. The Russell HIll is Home away from Home. First class to be!

Beautiful warm caring environment for elegant elderly living. My mom especially loves movie nights, concerts, and weekly painting classes. Highly recommend.
