My mother recently had a stroke and the entire team at the Victorian has been instrumental in her recovery. Caring, wise, and passionate only begin to describe the approach of the staff towards my mother's special needs during recovery. The General Manager, Becky, is an awesome leader and responsible for the increasingly wonderful care and culture at the Victorian at Mackenzie. Thank you!

We had a lovely visit at the Victorian as my mother is looking for her next move in life. Bruno was a wonderful, caring host and answered all our questions. He made my mom feel very special and welcomed. The entire experience and conversations we had with Bruno calmed a lot of my mother’s anxiety about this transition. From the moment we walked through the doors until we left we felt at home.

My partner and I put our name into a draw and won a lunch here. We were greeted by Bruno, who was very kind and welcoming. He sat us at our table and gave us a little tour of the area. The food was amazing as well as the service. Though we are not seniors yet, we thought that the Victorian at McKenzie would be a lovely place to live in the future! Special thank you to one of the ambassadors, Marilyn, who came to chat and welcomed us to the residence after our meal.
