My dad moved into The Victorian about a month ago after a long hospital stay. We were looking for a place that offered both independence and a little additional support, and The Victorian has been a good fit. Melissa and Norman were especially welcoming and made the transition smooth and relatively stress-free for my dad and our family. Their care and responsiveness made a real difference. Having three meals available and weekly housekeeping is just the right fit for my Dad. The lovely garden stands out from many other residences we visited, and we also love that the building is pet-friendly.

We booked an apartment for my mom just through a Facetime viewing. The Victorian is everything we were promised on that meeting & more. Beautiful grounds, super friendly staff, very quiet with all the extra care that may be required available inside the building. Norman & Melissa were fantastic helping my mom get settled & providing support through her first week there. We highly recommend the Victorian!

I am writing this review in regards to my 90 year old Father. He has been residing at the Victorian since February 2025 after my Mum passed away. He has no short term memory due to age related dementia but is functional with his personal care and is mobile with his cane and walker. It has been a difficult journey for my siblings and I in transitioning our Father to living in a new and different environment. To this day, it is still a work in progress due to his dementia BUT because of the incredible Victorian staff and Chris (manager), their patience and understanding of our situation has made the transition less stressful. If I could, I would give The Victorian 10 stars!
