My mother lived at the Village of Erin Meadows – Trafalgar Neighbourhood for 8 years, and we are deeply grateful for the exceptional care she received throughout that time. The team of caregivers treated her with incredible dignity, compassion, and respect. They not only cared for her, but also supported our entire family with kindness and understanding during every stage of the journey. We truly could not have walked this path without them. Our heartfelt thanks to this wonderful team for everything they did for our mother and for us. We are sincerely grateful. Thank you to everyone at VOEM.

Expensive place. A lot of neglect in this place. Expensive place to live for senior but the services is very poor. Shortage of food for seniors almost everyday , short staff. If you call them to transfer , to wash when you are incontinent you have to wait 30mins to 1hr. Staff are not trained well how to transfer and wash the resident. You as a client / resident will adjust to their time when you need them. I would not trust this place to put my senior parents.

I visit a friend at the village. The village is truly what the name suggests. The place is very well managed. The care the very senior residents get is extremely good. The gym facilities as well as the entertainment section is well organized. The residents are informed of events well in advance. Every need of the residents is given top priority.😃
