Very friendly and pleasant staff. You feel very satisfied knowing that you friend is being well taken care of. Keep up the great work especially on the second floor for long term assistance.

This is directed at "Trish Gray" who recently + impulsively 1 starred Tansley Woods due to the temporary elevator situation 3 months ago ... I understand your frustration with the elevator situation at Tansley Woods, but I'd like to offer a different perspective.... Sometimes these issues are beyond the facility's control, and it's worth considering the bigger picture. The staff here are caring and dedicated, and though nothing is perfect, it's indeed one of the better ones... Botton line it's clear the care provided goes far beyond the occasional mechanical hiccup. Perhaps we can balance our feedback with a bit more understanding and kindness, especially when it comes to issues that don't reflect the facility's overall quality of care
