This is a wonderful facility. Everyone I have spoken to is happy with the place. The staff really seem to care about the residents. It is clean and welcoming. My only complaint would be the elevators. The poor residents were waiting forever for the one operational elevator, while the other was out of order. There doesn’t seem to be a service elevator either.

Very pleased with the care and attention given to my mom and other residents I have met during my visits! Staff is very friendly and open to questions or concerns. Mom's needs are met daily and staff contact me by phone and/or email whenever needed. My mom is in good hands! 🙂

I, Joanne Ogilvie, visited my mother at the Village this morning. My mother is in LTC, but we have the freedom to take her into the Retirement area and in the LTC area. Every area of Wentworth Heights is beautiful, clean and welcoming, so pleasant to walk around and sit in the comfortable seating areas. Today, we sat outside in the gorgeous main courtyard! The gardens are so well tended, the waterfall is so pretty and the fish are swimming around. The staff in LTC and in Retirement are consistently kind, welcoming to my mother and to my family. We consider ourselves blessed to have our mom cared for at the Village of Wentworth Heights. Thank you! ****NOT sure if I posted the above, so adding to it now... I stopped at the main office in LTC this morning to take care of my mom's account and was helped by a friendly and efficient staff member, then I visited my mother in LTC and took her out for a walk into the Retirement area of the Village. We stopped at the Riverstone Spa and Salon because my mom needed a haircut. The staff were very kind and accommodating and took mom right away for her hair cut and curl. It was such a pleasant experience and mom looked beautiful when finished. Thank you! The rest of the morning, we walked around and were greeted by many staff members and residents, such an uplifting experience. Our family is so pleased that mom is helped by the caring staff at the Village of Wentworth Heights. Much appreciated!
