I’m a volunteer musician performing every Sunday at The Westhaven, and it’s a wonderful community. The residents are warm and welcoming. The staff are accommodating and hospitable. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality senior independent living, and please join my buddy Jay and me every Sunday at 2pm for great music and good company!

Choosing the right retirement residence is a monumental decision, and we didn't take it lightly. After touring and researching many different senior living options across Winnipeg, The Westhaven stood out as the clear winner, and it all comes down to the staff. The staff are, by far, the best we have encountered. There is a level of genuine care and heart that you simply don’t find elsewhere. They don't just "do their jobs", they truly care about the well-being and happiness of every person living there. We want to give a special shout-out to Oscar, who is absolutely incredible. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are safe, comfortable, and fully supported. Knowing he is there gives our family immense peace of mind. If you are looking for a senior’s residence in Winnipeg that offers a truly compassionate, understanding, and caring environment for you or your loved ones, look no further. The team at The Westhaven sets a standard for excellence that no other facility in the city can match.

We just moved my aunt in to the Westhaven, an incredible staff, Oscar & Christine.. really all the staff have been so above & beyond supportive, caring, helpful and generous with there time & care. The food we had a few opportunities to try was delicious, real food, home cooked and well prepared. I was spending a couple days building new furniture and had a staff drop off a dinner as they knew I never left and was working for several hours without leaving.. just one of many special things the team did to help the transition of moving in. Highly recommend the westhaven.
