I'm a long term tenant at Trillium Towers here in London, ON. I hate to say that standards gave gone down in the last few years. Management is lax. They do no more than they have to. Trying to solve an issue or even asking for clarification gets their backs up and or are dismissive. Talking or emailing to head office is dismissive. You get the usual corporate jargon. You don't feel appreciated. I miss the old says.

I agree with the 2 people who have left reviews here. Trillium is only about the profit margin. There are some fine people who work at their residences but what they can do is limited by corporate greed. There are a number of excellent non-profit independent and assisted residences in Greater Victoria where you will find excellent amenities and care for less $.
