My Mom lived here and loved it. She preferred to keep to herself but there is always someone there to sit and chat with if you are more sociable. The place was always clean, and the PSW staff are wonderful.

Management practices include $200 Basic Service Plan added to rent only partially disclosed to prospective tenants at time of signing of leases. These include 13 nutritionally deficient lunches per month NOT supervised by either a dietitian or nutritionist, questionable hydro surcharges, all but nonexistent recreation programme (euchre, bingo) at additional cost per game, "access" to PSW service coordinator who will then authorize once-weekly services such as laundry, minimal grocery shopping, assisted bathing, completely inadequate "light housekeeping", which are frequently cancelled, all for additional charges added to the monthly rental invoices. Because most tenants rely on having Rent Geared to Income status, they are hesitate to challenge management about inadequacies for fear of losing their tenancy. Comments by other "guides" woukd seem to be phony, just angling for Google points. Ratings should be zero stars.
