Venvi Alta Vista have been amazing. My mother was planning to move there in April, but had a fall and broke her arm. Venvi was able to take her weeks earlier and get her the extra care she needed immediately. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. She has settled in nicely and gave me assurance she's being well taken care of. Thank you Robert, Danya, Emily, Aanal and everyone else!

This place is not where you want your loved ones to be. Neglect and abuse is costing a fellow citizen to be placed into palliative care. How can a care giver of this facility physically abuse an elderly person of 98 years. I do not wish what happened to this person on nobody. The owners of this establishment needs to make sure who they hire. I believe there will be a serious lawsuit in the near future. SAVE YOUR LOVED ONES!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I went there to pick up Muffin today a cat of a customer and I must say Melissa at the front desk was so kind and understanding the place was very clean and the staff were amazing.
