An exceptional property that is impeccably maintained, spacious, and wonderfully inviting. We also enjoyed lunch during our visit, and the food was outstanding — beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

From the moment of my initial contact we knew that this was going to be the perfect place for my dad. All of the staff, regardless of position, are ambassadors for the community. They treat all residents with respect, dignity and kindness. Birkdale is a very special place and we recommend it wholeheartedly. You will notice how wonderful the place is from the residents themselves. They are living their best lives and genuinely happy. We are so grateful to have found Birkdale and so grateful for the care they provided.

I always enjoy entertaining at Birkdale Place Retirement. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the residents are wonderful. Chad, the Active Living Manager, is great to work with and always makes me feel very welcome. I always look forward to coming back.
