The staff at The Annex retirement home are incredible. Anthony Spensieri literally saved my family’s life by doing everything possible to get my father safely and securely into this beautiful facility. What has been a very difficult transition was made doable thanks to the care and support we received from all members of the community. My father has had a soft landing and is now thriving only 2 months in. What a gem. Thank you to all! Mary Jo Eustace

My Dad had a 1 month respite at the Annex RR, I felt this review was appropriate. There is a wonderful community here! He was well looked after, enjoyed several social events, had his medical needs supported, and was able to pass his time in a cozy but well kept room.

The Annex is a comfortable, clean living space with a great range of activities to choose from. My father has been living here for seven months, and we’ve found the staff personable, helpful, and professional. The menu is tasty and healthy. They have excellent musical performances, fun art activities, and field trips, to name just some of their events. The outdoor space is a relaxing spot in the summer, and the neighbourhood is the perfect place for walks.
