While I haven’t personally used The Franklin’s services yet, I do know one of the managers, Jamie, and can say with confidence that you’re in great hands. Jamie is incredibly professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing things right. If that level of character is reflected in the way this business is run, then I’d have no hesitation recommending them to others.

A few months ago I had approached The Franklin to have a tour of the residence for a potential home for my dad. The first time I went (yes I went more than once) I had a parking spot assigned and a nice welcome when I entered the building.  The sales consultant greeted me and took me up to the show suite and answered my MANY questions and then toured me around the building.  I had several conversations over the phone to have my many questions and concerns addressed.  I then came back with my parent so he could have to tour.  A trial stay was offered and we were also invited to stay for a meal (or two).  The trial stay was an amazing opportunity for him to get a first hand experience of what it would be like to live there.  My dad was very reluctant to leave his home but also knew this was the safest and best decision for him.  And the staff understood this; it is difficult to take that step sometimes. Believe it or not, we were accommodated once again for another tour-this time with my brother and spouse, and were able to make a decision on the suite that would best suit him.  The staff greet him by name, and even recognized me coming in from the start.  From the front office staff, to the executive director Vin, to the sales consultant Daniel, director of active living Denae, kitchen staff and the bus driver Steve (sorry still learning names so can’t mention everyone by name yet) everyone has made him feel welcome (and me more relaxed) knowing he is in the best place. There are activities and outings for the residents to do, and staff around to help at all times.  If you are considering starting to look for a seniors residence for your loved one,  with The Franklin you have hit the jackpot.
