The decision to move from your family home is often met with many challenges, concerns and usually fear of the unknown. My parents and 3 friend couples moved to Windsor Park for reasons of health, safety, access to services and to enjoy a more active, worry free life. Moving to Windsor brought a sense of community, no missed medications and peace of mind for them and their families. Knowing that your loved ones have access to healthy meals without worry, social & exercise activities, outings, medical, hair/esthetic services and to be part of many celebrations is a relief. Many of these things caregivers provided before. The lobby is beautiful and spacious with grand piano, fish tank and many welcoming faces. It looks out to a large courtyard with flowers, trees, umbrella tables and chairs. It offers lots of space for family visits, outdoor events and safe walks. There are nice sunrooms, a dining room, a bar with darts and a pool table all can be reserved for private functions. The staff are caring in all areas and many have been there for years. Overall, the help we received from Windsor Park made the transition as stress free as possible.

Windsor Park is like an expertly functioning machine with the executive director and all managers with their teams fully engaged to make it so. Most of all, we are touched by the caring and compassionate atmosphere they create, delivered with ultimate professionalism. We have been here since November 2025.

I’ve had the opportunity to spend time in this retirement community through the work my company does here, and I’m consistently impressed by the atmosphere and care provided. The staff is warm, professional, and truly dedicated to the residents’ comfort and well-being. The building is always clean, and well-maintained, which says a lot about how seriously the management takes creating a safe and welcoming environment. Every time I’m onsite, I see residents engaging, smiling, and enjoying the community spaces—there’s a real sense of home here. It’s clear that this is a place where people are treated with respect and genuine kindness. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a retirement community that goes above and beyond.
