I had an exceptional experience with Verve Senior Living in Richmond Hill - thanks especially to Anna Fang, Community Relations Manager. She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout my father’s stay. When I was doing a tour of the facilities, Anna made us feel welcomed and posted a sign for us. My father was scheduled to move to the home after his surgery. When his hospital discharge was unexpectedly delayed, Anna immediately made accommodations so he could move in when he's able to, without any stress. Even while she was on vacation, she still ensured his transition was completely seamless. The facilities were clean, welcoming, and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the level of care and attention to detail Anna put into preparing my father’s room. Everything—from the internet setup to cable TV—was thoughtfully arranged. She even took the time to show him how to use the TV, which meant a lot to us and was always able to answer questions for someone who is going through the retirement home admittance process for the first time. Whenever I had an accommodation request—whether it was a meal preference or more flexible meeting timings—I always felt confident going to Anna. She consistently took care of things with professionalism and kindness, and she always reassured me that my father’s needs were a priority. What impressed me most was that her care didn’t end after his respite stay. Anna continued to follow up, invited him to the holiday events, felt respected, and made sure he still felt part of the community. Her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine compassion are remarkable. Richmond Hill Verve Retirement home is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Strongly recommend Verve Senior Living for your loved ones and to have a piece of mind that they are situated in a home with kindness and warmth.

Great company to work with. They ensure the care of seniors is high priority. They ensure that all regulations with RHRA are followed in all of the Residences they own
