Sexual harassment from your workers doesn't look good on you. A simple Google search says you take ALL incidents seriously no matter how minor but that's a lie.

I had a male homemaker from here that said he likes me and wanted to be friends with me. He even offered to drive me to a specialist appointment in Kingston that I happened to tell him about because they called me when he was here. I have a history of domestic violence in my past and I am a vulnerable person. I'm feeling very upset about what happened and feeling depressed. Friends encouraged me to disclose this to protect others so I did. All the agency told me is that they'd talk to him. They didn't even suggest that they send someone else. I had to ask and when I said I'd prefer a female he informed me that's illegal unless I get a doctor's note. Oh I will get a doctor's note because I will never trust a male ever again. My mistake was thinking that I could trust again. Do agencies not have rules and boundaries for vulnerable clients because it appears you don't. You have NO idea how upset I am, you never even asked if I was OKAY or not and you made me feel even worse for speaking up. It wasn't easy for me to talk to you. I can't believe I trust you in my OWN home. I'm beyond upset and turning to friends online for support and shocking, people are actually supportive of me. On a final note, I'll be asking the city to switch agencies because I've had enough.

We have been blessed to have Audrey Letouze ( physiotherapist) and Sharon Leder (occupational therapist) - both true professionals and wonderful, caring individuals helping us in navigating my husband's difficult journey with Dementia with Lewy bodies and Parkinsonism. We have been blessed to receive their expert help.
