Victoria Hospice is an amazing group of people who care deeply about their patients and families, as well as the wider community. Our lovely mother was a patient at the Richmond Pavilion facility for about three months at the end of 2025 and we were beyond impressed by the care and compassion provided to her by all staff and volunteers. We are forever grateful to these incredible people, and for the organization that makes their work possible.

My Dad spent the last month of his life here and received sympathetic and wonderful care to minimize pain and discomfort in his last days. Thanks to all of the hardworking and wonderful staff and volunteers here.
