Had to move my husband Max out today as he needs long term care now. These women have gone above and beyond for him. He was not a easy resident at times but they handle him professionally. Thank you all and I'm not naming names cause I don't know some of your names and that's not fair. They say it take a village to raise a child. I say I takes a village to keep a dementia patient safe. From the bottom of my heart ladies thank you so very, very much. Faye and Lacey!!

Absolutely horrible place. They refused to feed my father a diabetic meal. He ended up in hospital so I talked to a nutritionist and they tried calling the home to work with them and the home said they had a nutritionist on staff. When I went with my dad back there they told me the nutritionist was the chef. Because he was trained in the 4 food groups. When I complained to staff they said he always has an option to have a meal alternative..... which was a cheese sandwich. He fell in his room a few times and had to wait for up to an hour for a staff member to answer his EMERGENCY CALL BUTTON. When I complained about that I was told by the head admin that they don't have the time or the money to look after each client individually.... then if the care exceeds the homes capability then move him to a home that can.

My Mom was treated very poorly. She fell and was worse as time went on. They were supposed to check on her once every hour. The security guard who was in front of someone's door said they never check on your Mom. We started asking questions about why my Mom was getting worse. They told us she had behavior issues and needed to be transferred to Lynnwood. When I went to get her, they had taken her name off of her door. Horrible place to put your beloved parents.
