The support from Sherri Daly has been exceptional right from our first contact by phone. With Sherri’s excellent knowledge and her assessment skills we were able to identify quickly the ideal residence for respite for my husband. I feel a huge amount of relief to have a plan that will meet our future needs. I no longer feel overwhelmed. Sherri’s warm, compassionate approach makes such a difference. Thank you so much Visavie.

Sherri was an amazing support and guide for our family. We threw everything at her - an almost immediate move in date, no one in the city to easily tour residences, strict dietary restrictions, and a grumpy parent who was in denial about the need for care. She navigated all of this knowledgeably and compassionately, presented us with several great options, and helped us weigh pros and cons of each. She made a very stressful time so much easier.

Shannon Rogers helped my loved one find the perfect place for respite care and potentially long-term care. Shannon understood our special needs and did a lot of research to find a good fit. We are very thankful for the help we received from Visavie.
