Shout out to Shannon for the incredible job, support and patience we received from her and Visavie during a very stressful and challenging time. We sometimes forget that when we get help and support, the people helping take some of that stressful burden onto their shoulders. This line of work is not just about being paid for a service, but it’s also a very human interaction that requires patience, insight, understanding and compassion. Not just requires them. While providing service, these qualities are put to the test, and maybe more so in this case. I would like to say that Shannon has all of these wonderful qualities, and she remained professional and optimistic throughout the engagement. It might have been a very different experience if she wasn’t there.

Sherri Daly was absolutely superb at finding a suitable retirement home for my parents on very short notice. We are very happy with the results. The process was seamless. Sherri clearly has a wealth of knowledge of what is out there. We landed on a place I had never heard of where the staff are wonderful, the venue pleasant, the cost reasonable. We heartily recommend Sherri and Visavie. You won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough about Sherri Daly! She is professional, compassionate and organized and was invaluable in heping me find a new home for my 94 year old mom. Time was of the eseence and Sherri short listed appropriate options for me, set up appointments and worked with the home to expedite the process. She even recommended something to help my mom with her dementia and it was a game changer! If you need assistance, Sherri is a great resource. I would highly recommend her services!
