I wasn’t going to leave this review but feel it is necessary to mention. After repeated phone calls and attempts at a tour, the director finally called me, and said the social worker Craig would call me the next day. Well 2 days later he called and we had a tour set up with Craig on a Friday afternoon at 2:00pm. We showed up around 1:45 and went to the front desk and they asked why we were there. We said we were there for a tour at 2:00, to which the receptionist asked when the last time was we spoke to Craig. I said Wednesday only to find out he never made it to work on the Friday (granted the weather was not great). At the end of the day one of the recreational activities people took us on a tour which was great, The most disappointing part was that the social worker this Craig never called to apologize- nor to ask if we had any other questions. My dad was apparently at the top of the list to get the next available bed back in November. It is now April 27 of the following year and we have heard nothing. I honestly would leave zero stars if I could.

Great caring staff, private rooms for residents. Every room has a window. Meals are served in the dining room. Fully staffed with nurses and Healthcare aids. Doctor visits are regular. Activities available for residents. Nice courtyard for outdoor activities.

The kitchen staff is very unprofessional, I don't understand why people would work here with a bunch of grumpy people. DON'T PUT YOUR ELDERS IN HERE.
