It seemed like von is a good system. But to have workers on standby especially for part time whether they'll get patient or not, when scheduled. You can't even plan your day out properly, how to make a living or money properly? To be called out if you had to use up sick days and limited emergency days. Need to communicate with supervisor. If you can hire so many workers, have a work around. You can't give away just exchange shifts? What if you can't make those days other workers can switch with you? The workers don't always respond. Some part timers get consistent clients others don't? They still hire when clients are low? They say a lot we don't have enough clients so a lot of waiting game for unfortunate staff

Don't waste time, more consistent schedule are for full time schedules. Wage is very slow and doesn't increase much at all or nothing at all. Worth time to look elsewhere for proper wage and wage increment.

Von Should have a rating system for clients to give their psw. Its shocking how different one is with the other. Some clean in 7 mins (in and out the door) some do it for 40 mins and leave pops all clean and fresh. Thankful for the service regarless
