We have been pleased with the support mom and dad have received at Warm n’ Cozy. The team (especially Arsh, Lovepreet and Harman) helped our parents settle in after moving from the farm. This was a difficult transition moving into the city, needing palliative care for dad and memory care for mom. The team worked closely with the palliative home care team to support dad and mom through some difficult times, with this assistance they were able to stay together. They both enjoyed the large back yard facing the research farm; a little familiarity to home. The team now help mom live to her fullest and mom is very comfortable and complimentary of the meals and everyone who works at the home. The one struggle they had, was overcoming the language barrier and took time to learn a new accent. Now mom considers everyone in the home “her people” and is quite content. Our family is thankful for all you do.

The name says it all “Warm n Cozy” My 100yr old mother became a resident in April 2025, after we did research regarding several different care homes. We were very impressed with the knowledgeable, caring, and very friendly staff. We were also pleased with the activities available such as exercises for mind and body 3 times a week. They also play bingo, which helps the mind as well. They have a very beautiful and incredibly large outdoor space with several areas for small groups or for a big bbq for the residents. Warm n Cozy also has its own hair salon. My mother has enjoyed the meals, which are nutritious, delicious, and follows the Canada Food Guide. Since my mother became a resident there, she has been treated with respect and dignity. We are very happy with our decision in selecting Warm n Cozy.

Staff is wonderful. They are very respectful and caring of the residents. Staff treat residents with kindness. Arsh is also wonderful to work with. The facility is beautiful, very open and airy. Backyard is amazing. We are very happy our Mom is at Warm ‘n’ Cozy!
