  Totally unreliable. Either don't show up or are significant late - like today two hours and counting, have received no communication! I wish there was an alternative.

  Their nurses don’t show up and every time I call I’m on hold for 10-20min. I’m on hold right now, and have been for the last 20min. There’s one great person at that agency, but the overall experience with this agency has been so bad that I’d never go to them again if I could help it. Just a hint - if you suspect that the nurse didn’t come and the people at the main number say they checked in, ask to be transferred to the local office or ask them to check with the nurse. I’ve seen nurses check in but not go several times now, but the people who answer the phones only see whether they checked in - they don’t know if they actually went.

  I would love to give this company NEGATIVE 100 for their services. What does one do when a We Care homecare aide "reports to head office" they made a home visit....but never showed up....12 times??? What does one do when We Care pulls this aide's GPS records to verify this fraud and elder neglect, but LEAVES THE FAMILY HANGING FOR 5 MONTHS...AND SENDS THE VERY SAME AIDE BACK INTO THE PATIENT'S HOME??? What does one do when the same fraudulent elder-abusing aide is sent back to your loved one's home? What does one do when an Alzheimer's patient is left to remember to administer their own medications because the aide who has charged for the visit lies about showing up? What do you do when your loved one misses multiple doses of vital medications because a 'trusted' aide lies about providing services? What do you do when WE CARE supervisors don't address the situation and LIE to you? You call the police. You call the Minister of Health. You call the MLA. You call CBC, Global and CTV and you call a lawyer. You advocate and you don't let this FOR PROFIT gong show nursing company off the hook. Go ahead We Care, delete my review like you have in the past. I will put it up again and again, everywhere I can. We're not going away this time and we will just get more and more vocal in attempts to find someone to listen.
