A year and a half ago I had to get a CPAP, and I decided on this location after a friend told me about their good experience. I didn't find the CPAP consultant particularly helpful, and he was also very slow. I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time just for him to tell me he needed to get my trial CPAP set up which took another 15 minutes. Then, when it came time to buy my own CPAP he didn't offer any helpful information, and I even had to ask which machine he would recommend. He told me it was a matter of preference because the 3 models were all the same. I was later told by a different CPAP consultant that the Phillips Respironic I bought was the worst machine, they had a world wide recall, and dealing with their service lab was a nightmare. Not want I wanted to hear, especially since my machine is now broken. I decided to go to a new location that is closer to my home to get my CPAP fixed. This new location said they could help me, but needed me to call the Gage Street location and have my account info transfered. I called them and left a message 3 days in a row before they called me back on Friday at 4:45 and told me they couldn't transfer my information until Monday. My machine had already been broken for 4 day at this point. I waited until Monday and still never recieved a call or any further contact. So I had to call and leave a message again! The CPAP consultant finally called me on Tuesday (a full week after my first message!) to say they would transfer my account info and they had set up an appointment the next day at the new store (without asking if that timing worked). I went to that appointment today just for the new consultant to tell me he couldn't help me because he didn't have the part I needed. And he didn't know he needed that part in advanced because the Gage street location didn't offer any information about what my issue was. So now I have to go to a 3rd Wellwise location tomorrow (which is 1.5 hours away!) and it will be a full 10 days before getting any help with my broken machine! In general, skip Wellwise when buying a CPAP. They are always so busy, and the CPAP consultants are a mess. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

Thank you very much to the young lady who assisted us today! You were very helpful in answering our questions and assisting us in finding what we were looking for. We were also pleased with the 25% off store coupon. Your name wasn't on the receipt from our purchase, but it does say Author# 174506. We hope you receive this message and wish you a Happy Holiday Season!

It's a nice store but they don't have a lot and tell you to go somewhere else for things you ask for. They have rollators but there were only 2 in stock. They're nice and a little less than at other stores but there's like no options to choose from. They have a service worker that can repair your rollator but there's only 1 that works both here and in Cambridge so it's hard to see him and you have to make an appointment with him to make sure he's there. You also can't reach him on the phone a lot so you usually have to make an appointment a week in advance and make sure you don't need to talk to him again because you typically only get to talk to him like once a week. Also their bathroom isn't the best. They run out of things you need like toilet paper and paper towels. It's a trivial thing to restock it but a big problem if you use it and find out it doesn't have what you need, and toilet paper is like the most important thing you need by far. Edit: I went to another store and saw how much better they were in comparison to this one for like every aspect you would consider. Makes me really regret ever going here cause they are so bad and there are much better places.
