For many years I have bought my compression knee high nylons from Save On Foods. I have never had a sizing issue. I used Wellwise this time as I wanted the compression SOCKS. I was measured . And the Very Tight Socks really hurt the back of my knees. So today I measured them, The Wellwise compression Socks are a full 3 1/2 inches longer than my previous Save On Foods Sock.

Hi, I noticed there are 53 reviews with a 3.5 rating, which raises some concern about product quality and customer service. I recently purchased an item, but there was a size issue. I contacted your store on the same day requesting an exchange for a different size — not a refund, just an exchange. Unfortunately, I was informed that exchanges are not allowed, and I was advised to “go wherever you want,” which felt very disappointing. What’s surprising is that the same company offers 30-day exchanges for online purchases. I hope you can consider improving your in-store exchange policy and customer service, as it would make the experience much better for customers
