  An excellent leasing experience from start to finish! The Sifton team was always available to answer questions, ensuring a smooth process. The unit was in excellent condition, looking as good as new. The neighborhood is also very quiet and enjoyable, featuring parks, trails, retail shops, and restaurants nearby.

  This is a great place for the environmentally conscious who want to live in a net zero environment and community. Modern accommodation, architecture and design. All with the environment in mind. Down side tends to draw a lot of narcissists to the neighborhood, where they like to hide out and not take responsibility for their actions. So living in a net Zero community helps them with the guilty that they might feel if they had a conscious. Great community beware the animals are fine it’s the people you have to watch out for. It’s like a hide out for them, there and komoka.

  We have been very happy with our rental experience at West 5. The homes are incredibly spacious and well thought out, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Everything is cleaned regularly, and it's always a pleasure to walk around the area. Any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly—maintenance usually arrives within the same day, and one time, even on a Sunday, they fixed a fire alarm issue within half an hour! The management team is always friendly, responsive, and we've never had any issues with communication. Other than that, we were pleasantly surprised by how low our utility bills are. The air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems work perfectly! We were also pleasantly surprised when we first moved in, as we received a welcome gift from the management, which included a plush toy for our daughter! It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The community also organizes picnics and various events for residents, which are a lot of fun and really add to the sense of community. The only downside is that sometimes neighbors smoke on the property, even though it's not allowed in the lease. Additionally, there is some noise from nearby construction, but we expected that since the area is brand new. Many reviews mention the construction noise as an issue, but for us, it hasn’t been a problem. We anticipated it, and since the work starts fairly late—around 7:30–8 AM—it doesn’t disrupt our routine. We’re thrilled to be part of this community. Overall, we highly recommend this place.
