They are a very great team of people. They take care of my dad and I can finally sleep in peace at home knowing my father is in good hands. I have been taking care of my dad for a very long time with my sister's help. But when he stopped using his legs and kept falling and we couldn't left him up and place him gently on a chair or bed anymore. We reached out for help. His wonderful Doctor at London University Health ❤️. Dr. Amez Omar helped him with his health and his application with a wonderful lady name Linda ❤️ that helped my dad find the proper retirement place that fit his situation. I wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for being such an amazing support 💜 ❤️ 💗 💖 team for my dad.

Some of the staff are caring and competent, I’ll give them that, but the ones who aren’t are awful. I watched as two PSWs almost dropped my medically fragile mother on the floor because they didn’t secure her in a lift properly. Countless times had to ask staff to come and clean my mom up because I arrived to find her left laying in her own soiled pants. They ‘park’ residents in the tv room and then call it the cemetery. When my mother was literally dying (I’m talking within 30 minutes of her passing) while she’s gasping for breath and her body is shutting down one of the nurses came in to ask us about which funeral home we were using and who would be picking up her remains, and reminding us that we had 48 hours to clean out her room. No respect whatsoever. It was disgusting. When we came back to pack up her things, staff had “cleaned out” all of her expensive hair care products and trashed whatever they didn’t want. Management doesn’t care what the staff do because they can’t afford to lose anyone.

They treat mom with respect and very attentive to her needs. On the other hand when it comes to visiting her that is a different story. When I go up everything is fine, but when my husband comes to see her with me not so good. I call and make the appointment, no problem. When we get there they ask him for proof of the vaccines, which is on his cell phone. He has never been asked until today. He never brings his cell phone. It seems to me they change the policy when ever they want to. I will be calling administration on Monday.
