Quite frankly - Yaletown House is not something you want to have to review but many of us (as caregivers to the elder) have to. As someone who's father passed away of dementia recently, what I can say is Yaletown House were the utmost caring group to my dad and some of the kindest people I met. My family felt welcomed every time we came there and they took care of my dad, while others struggled. Thank you for the work you do. It's not easy and I'm sure it's not always appreciated, but what I can say to the 2nd floor from my family, is that it meant the world to us. Thank you again.

The staff are extremely kind and friendly here, this is a wonderful nursing home by the looks of it. They have activities, great food, a very nice courtyard, everything looks very clean and personable.
