We saw Steve in Jan-2025. My Google profile name is not the same as my registered name. And we did not arrive late. We arrived in advance and were seated waiting in the waiting room, so this guy’s comment about “if a patient doesn’t arrive on time” is invalid, check your office’s CCTV. /////// Disappointing Initial Physiotherapy Session My husband and I recently attended an initial physiotherapy session with Steve, and I wanted to share our experience. While we were charged $90 for a 30-minute appointment, the session ended after only 15 minutes for my husband (my session was 30 minutes). I felt that the shortened session did not provide the time or attention necessary to fully address his concerns or justify the cost of the appointment. I had expected a more thorough evaluation and guidance, as this was his initial visit. I hear and read a lot about initial physiotherapy sessions taking longer than subsequent sessions but certainly did not expect it to take just 15 minutes. I’m not sure how common are physio patients’ initial physiotherapy session concludes in 15 minutes and be fully charged for $90 but I really feel that Steve could have performed treatments for the remaining 15 minutes instead of finishing the session 15 minutes in advance. I value the expertise of healthcare professionals and understand that schedules can sometimes be tight, but it is important to deliver the full time and value promised to patients. I hope Steve can take this feedback constructively and ensure future clients receive the full duration and care for which they are charged.

I went to Steve for Achilles tendonitis. Steve had excellent bedside manners. He was very friendly, welcoming, non-judgemental and made me feel heard and comfortable discussing the issues I had been presenting with. Although I do not have insurance, he was really understanding and prepped me with enough resources to make do at home until I could afford to see him for follow-ups. Steve was also easy to book with and the pain I have been experiencing has become more manageable.

Steve is kind, professional, punctual, and very attentive. The sessions can feel a bit basic if you don’t say what you want or expect, so communication is important. Once I asked for manual therapy, he adapted right away. When I asked for self‑massage techniques, he even suggested I record him so I could practice at home — a thoughtful gesture that I appreciated. Overall, a positive experience.
