  I've been taking my mother to Aud-Ability for about two years. It was easy to make the first appointment and to then have ear wax removal and testing before deciding about the best way to address hearing decline. JoAnn's advice on a hearing aid was perfect and it has been working well. Follow-up ear wax removal and assessment has been thorough and appreciated. JoAnn makes hearing care easy!   Highly recommended. After enduring a bad blockage in my ear for nearly a week and a fruitless attempt at flushing my ear by myself at home, I called JoAnn's clinic hoping to be seen later that day. Luckily for me, she saw me later that day and did an excellent job at clearing out my ears. I had a really bad blockage in one ear that was stubborn at coming out which took multiple rounds of water flushing and suction to get it to budge, but budge it eventually did all thanks to JoAnn's hard work and patience!
