  Worst experience. Went in for pain from what I thought was an ingrown toenail, was told it wasn’t that and wasn’t actually told how to heal it or what to do for the pain, only spoke to me for about 4 minutes. On top of that, I had an injury to a toe nail that I had cracked and I wanted a medical opinion on what to do with it. The doctor’s opinion was to take off the damaged nail so she proceeded to start ripping it off. The pain was unbearable so she stopped and said « Well if it hurts this much, maybe it’s still hanging on. We will leave it and you can hope for the best. Come back if you find yourself with the nail hanging off. » But she knew she was sending me home with a toenail she had now properly separated. I left in so much pain and had to go home immediately to clean the blood that was gushing from the now so much worse injury. The worst part is that I had to PAY 110$ for a 5 minute interaction where I wasn’t helped whatsoever and where she hurt me and stopped midway knowing damn well I would need to come back for her to finish the job. This means I now need to spend another 110$ for her to properly rip off the toenail that obviously didn’t need to come off in the first place because it hadn’t detached fully. I’ve truly never felt this violated from a medical professional and I hope no one else has this experience. If you’re going to mess up and make someone’s foot worse, you shouldn’t make them pay for it… and tell them to book again wit you so you can finish the job for more money. This place is sick.

  My big thanks for Dr Michelle McLatchie, she is really professional and lovely person! I had some problems with my nail and my visit was very quick and without any pain. My appreciate for her! She is so kind and funny! Receptionist was also nice and helpful! Good service! Strongly recommend!

  Dr Gupta is awesome! Professional but down to earth. His staff were friendly and easy going as well. Would highly recommend this Clinic!
