  I came to GreenTree after sustaining a significant concussion in a motor vehicle accident after hearing a strong recommendation of their treatment abilities. Working with Tiffanie was a pleasure and she put together a plan to help me heal through regular sessions and work to do at home myself. It was very effective and as a result I feel much better and would highly recommend Green Tree to anyone. I also was seen by Natalie, and both her and Tiffanie were very helpful and extremely professional.

  I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at any clinic in my 10 years as a nurse and interpreter. I arrived nine minutes late to an appointment due to difficulty finding the clinic (which I had informed them about). Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility from Natalie, the CEO, who berated me without giving me a chance to explain or apologize—though I had already done so over the phone. Despite setting a clear boundary, she continued lecturing me as if I were a teenager, insisting we “get along” when my role was simply to translate. Her behavior was condescending and unnecessary. While I can’t speak to her abilities as an OT, her lack of respect for others makes me question how she treats her employees.
