  My mom went to this clinic last November due to chronic problems with ingrown toenails. Every appointment was incredibly painful, the clinician was impersonal and cold, which while being in pain and in a vulnerable position made it even worse. They said the only treatment that would help would be a surgical procedure with a cost of $400-500 per toe. We have since done our own research and came across a remedy by the name of Onyfix - a non-surgical procedure, PAINLESS and with no recovery time. This procedure was done at a different clinic, but the ironic thing is that this foot clinic also performed this procedure and did not offer it to me. I assume it’s better business to just charge seniors for the more expensive treatment and assume they don’t know better. We highly DO NOT recommend this clinic; do your homework.

  The staff at London Family Foot Clinic are exceptional. They are very efficient, kind, and welcoming. Amanda Cates has helped me over the past year with patience, caring, professionalism and expertise. I had minor toe surgery and Amanda fixed my foot problems efficiently and with great care. The follow up care was excellent, and thorough. I highly recommend Amanda and the team.

  I’ve had an amazing experience at the London family foot clinic so far. My doctor referred me to see a podiatrist and I found Teresa. I got an appointment same day which was convenient! I had a could corns on my feet that they removed the same day. She took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a plan to help resolve them. She was very thorough in regards to potential treatment, exercises, foot wear as well as orthotics. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. I was fitted for custom orthotics and the entire process was speedy and efficient I’ve had a couple extra appointments to ensure they are fitting okay and feeling okay. Overall 10/10 experience. Very thankful I’ve come across this place.
