I've had a few bad experiences with a specialist in fluoroscopically guided injections for lower back problems. This person told me (during my second injection) that "it wasn't an open bar." Furthermore, during my last visit, she made me feel very uncomfortable by implying that I was "mixed up," and afterwards, she told me to go somewhere else.

Excellent clinic. I had an appointment with a physiatrist who listened attentively and asked the right questions. I also received massage therapy and physiotherapy. They had a good understanding of the problem and provided excellent care.

"It is deplorable to see such a lack of coordination in appointment management. It is difficult to trust the bodies that govern our overall health when basic administrative management is so inefficient. This situation reflects the systemic shortcomings of the health network in Quebec, where a lack of professionalism seriously harms the patient experience."
