  Great first date with Theo! He did a great job questioning and physically examining my ailments and explained exactly why and how I can resolve them. Taught and practiced exercises to address the problem. Thanks to all the friendly staff. Happy to return next week to see my progress.

  I can’t recommend Yannick at Westboro location enough. I’ve worked with him through multiple injuries — including MCL, ACL, and meniscus (both pre- and post-surgery), and even a previous MCL injury on my other knee. Recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery is a long and painful journey, but Yannick made a huge difference every step of the way. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. What really sets him apart is his personality — he’s funny, positive, and creates such a welcoming and upbeat environment. Even on the days when I was in pain and the exercises were tough, the clinic felt like a happy and supportive place to be. I trust him completely and am so grateful for everything he’s done to help me recover and get back to my activities. I highly recommend Yannick to anyone going through injury or recovery.

  I just got discharged from Ottawa PT and Sports Clinic after 7 months of working with Theo. I had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Theo is very knowledgeable in his field and was great to work with! It was evident in my time there that the staff are all friendly and attentive to their clients. I highly recommend this clinic!
