At the same time, the sessions weren’t just talking — I was given practical tools and guidance that I could use in real life, which made a big difference. It’s a great balance of emotional support and direct help. I always left sessions feeling a bit lighter and more clear-headed. I would definitely recommend Praxis to anyone looking for a comfortable space with counsellor who genuinely care and want to help you move forward.
