  When I cancel last minute for an appointment I am usually charged a cancellation fee. When you cancel on me last minute, don't return my calls, and don't provide a way for me to get on your cancellation list so that I don't have to wait another 6 weeks, well this is how you earn more 1 star reviews. I understand that situations can happen that are out of control. However, the review is regarding the items that were in your control that could have prevented this. I will be happy to revise this if someone is able to resolve this, but I am very unimpressed. Update: After a week I have still been ignored. Not a single person has reached out to me or responded to my messages. Thank you for a collosal waste of my time. I hope this review works to send potential clients elsewhere.

  They called to confirm my appointment at 8:30 the next day. I showed up at 8:30 and the door was locked, lights were off and no one answered my calls. After waiting a month for this appointment and hoping to get orthotics for this insurance year I am beyond disappointed.

  Absolutely amazing Podiatrist. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr.Kristy Lawler made me feel relaxed and comfortable, being sure to take the time to explain everything to me as we went along. I highly recommend Dr.Lawler. Especially as a neurodivergent person who doesn’t always feel comfortable in doctors offices, Kirsty made me feel welcome and safe, and distracted me with wonderful conversation so I wasn’t focusing on the surgery. She went above and beyond. You can trust her in her expertise and beside manner.
