  Adria has a rare and beautiful ability to hold space with deep empathy, patience, and presence. Through our work together, I’ve begun to heal pain I had carried for years — emotional wounds, grief, anxiety, and the heavy weight of self-doubt. What stands out most is her compassionate approach where I never feel judged. She naturally creates a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment that allows me to open up at my own pace. I’ve learned to reconnect with myself, set healthy boundaries, and even find motivation that had waned. Each session feels like a step closer to peace, self-acceptance, and wholeness and I cannot recommend Adria enough. She has been a lifeline in my healing journey, and I am deeply grateful.
