  I had a wonderful experience with Sebastian. He took care of my mom and treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. He explained everything clearly and made her feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work.   We have been going to Surrey Hearing care for many many years. My parents my brothers and me. They are the best when my parents were in the care home Maria would personally go see them and check out the hearing aids. They go above and beyond for great customer service.
