Awesome experience with Dominic. I was feeling pain below my knee for over half a year. This issue was made even more pronounced when I played basketball. I previously went to other locations (including physio, chiro and accupuncture) to have it looked at to no avail. I was recommended by a friend to try out Dominic and he was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and provided relevant strengthening exercises and active release exercises to help. Within a matter of a couple weeks, I was able to feel a huge difference. I highly recommend Dominic if you have any injuries or sports related injuries.

I have been working with Dominic for a couple months recovering from an injury and I would recommend him to others. I used to work in the fitness industry myself for many years and though I have been out of the field for awhile, I have enough of a background in anatomy and functional movement to discern whether or not someone knows what they are talking about and Dominic definitely does! What I appreciate the most about working with him is his ability to hone in on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise, and he has a keen enough eye to catch little 'cheats' and ensure they are corrected before proceeding (e.g. not activating abdominal core muscles enough or not depressing a shoulder blade enough between reps). Other practitioners may gloss over these important details or simply not have the skills to catch or communicate those moments. He is professional and courteous and friendly enough to be good company without making the session all about him. Given my background in the field, I was kind of expecting that I probably wouldn't learn that much or 'get that much out of' working with a kinesiologist, but I have been pleasantly surprised at how much more effective working with him has been than trying to just do the exercises on my own. Ultimately, I will 'graduate' and try to incorporate what I have learned but in the meantime I do really feel the benefit of his presence when working in person with him!

I would highly recommend Katie. I got to know Katie when I started my active rehab. I remembered feeling so discouraged in getting back to the gym since I got into a MVA in April 2019. She was patient with me when I had set backs. She educated me about my injuries and knew which areas were weak and which muscles were overcompensating. She taught me how to release my muscles and tensions. I am thankful to have her as my kinseologist. She is an angel!
