  I have been seeing Ms. Minal Shah for almost two years, and she is by far my favourite physiotherapist. Over the years, I have tried many different therapies with varying levels of success. Minal, however, has an intuitive understanding of exactly what needs adjustment and treatment. I am very grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who truly cares about her patients.

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Grimes for years, and after my visit yesterday, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. He has an exceptional background working with Olympic and professional athletes as well as people from all walks of life. What I value most is that I don’t go to him for traditional chiropractic adjustments, but for leading-edge therapies like Active Release Techniques, Shockwave Therapy and 3rd Magneto Transduction Therapy. Many of the injuries I bring in would eventually heal on their own, but his experience and treatments consistently help speed up recovery and, just as importantly, Dr. Grimes gives me practical strategies to avoid re-injury. He’s highly knowledgeable, very personable, and genuinely invested in his patients’ long-term health. I highly recommend him.
